How to Change or Add Spaces to the App Display Name

Here I am referring to the App name which appears on the device below the app icon. When I was working on my first app I faced this problem. I need to add spaces to the app name because it was a three words name. But I was clueless about how to change it and also could not find any highlighted option for it.

The app display name is by default set to the name you assign to your project. Follow the steps below to edit the display name of an app –

  1. Under XCode, click on the project name on the top in the project navigator
  2. On right side, click on your App under Targets
  3. Goto Info tab
  4. Search for “Bundle display name”
  5. Delete its current value and enter your app name with spaces.
